Weekly Yoga Schedule

Make a relationship with stillness...
We need stillness. We need quiet time. We need some solitude and peace. 
We need this to get back to ourselves and to get access to our inner reservoir. Why not setting aside some time this week to be still and quiet. Get in touch with the silence within. We can do this on a walk, sitting in front of a roaring fire, enjoying a bath, watching the sky, sitting in stillness watching the breath, a calming yoga practice, a restorative pose, savoring a cup of tea or coffee, retreat to a quiet place and lie down for savasana... Carve out some time and just be.
