Simple Pleasures

What makes you feel calm, relaxed and at ease?
Daily acts of simple pleasures are tool towards more ease, calmness and relaxation. Tools like; savor a good cup of coffee or tea, lit a scented candle, roll out your yoga mat, take a seat on your meditation cushion, take a walk, slow down and breathe deeply, connect to spirit, wrap a blanket around you and lie down to look at the stars, read a good book...  
But these tools are like asanas, we need to practice them consistently and integrate them into our life to enjoy the longterm benefits.
