Balance

Even though spring is an active time filled with growth, newness, and shedding off the winter it’s important to become aware of the balance between movement and stillness, action and rest, do and be. When there is no balance we tip over to one side and the energy either leak or get stagnant. So in the midst of all the activity we need mindful rest. Begin to observe yourself in your daily life; where do you need some balance between the opposites? Do you need more action so the energy don’t get stagnant? Or do you need more rest so the energy don’t leak?
