Pause...

Today, take a moment to just pause and begin to notice your breathing. Feel the flow of your inhale and exhale. Then, gently begin to deepen your breathing. Let it become slow, steady and deep. Visualize the space that you are creating within. Stay with that for a moment. Give yourself room. As you return to your daily tasks; keep this sensation of inner space.
